Abstract: The utilization of flipped classroom methodologies in management studies enforces active engagement and interaction among students by allocating increased class time for collaborative activities. This round table discussion is to provide a platform for educators to discuss practices of running flipped classrooms, with a focus on international (non-native English speaking) students from Asia who are studying abroad. Dialogue between educators is facilitated to collaboratively extend our understanding of managing different cultural dynamics between students. Importantly, strategies for a diverse and inclusive learning environment with international students in the era of AI and its ethical implications are further explored.
