Abstract: Digital Transformation (DT) integrates digital technology throughout an organization, fundamentally changing its operations. While DT is technology-driven, successfully transformed organizations require employees (our students) to clearly understand how technology influences behavior and how behavior influences technology. In this PDW, we show how we re-developed a core Organizational Behavior course to teach foundational management and organizational behavioral topics within the context of DT. We share our re-development strategies and critical course materials and demonstrate a sample class activity. We also discuss participants' experiences shifting management teaching into the DT context.
