Charting Leadership: An Experiential ‘Choose Your Own Adventure’ Session In Decision-Making and Outcomes

Abstract: This session features an interactive experiential learning exercise, Choose Your Own Adventure, designed to immerse participants in dynamic leadership scenarios. Acting as Chief Operating Officers, participants make real-time strategic decisions through interactive polling, confronting challenges in ethics, innovation, and strategic management. The activity fosters critical thinking, collaboration, and reflection as participants explore the immediate and long-term consequences of their choices. Adaptable for classrooms, corporate training, and workplace development, this exercise bridges theory and practice, equipping participants with practical skills for effective leadership and decision-making in complex environments. The session offers actionable insights for educators and trainers seeking engaging learning tools.
