Lens On Sustainability: Exploring Challenges and Solutions Through Photovoice

Abstract: This session introduces an interactive experiential learning activity using the Photovoice methodology, designed to engage participants in addressing sustainability challenges through visual storytelling and collaborative reflection. Participants document real-world sustainability issues through photography, craft reflective narratives, and collaborate to develop actionable solutions. This activity fosters critical thinking, teamwork, and a deeper understanding of environmental, social, and economic sustainability. Adaptable for classrooms, corporate training, and community engagement, the session bridges theory and practice, equipping participants with practical skills for problem-solving, advocacy, and leadership in sustainability.
