What Should I Say and Can I Say That? Crafting Developmental Reviews and Response To Reviewers’ Comments In Management Education Sotl Peer Review

Abstract: This session provides a forum to explain best practices when providing developmental reviews and responding to reviewer comments during the peer review process. It is a session dedicated to high-quality SOTL peer review practices. The facilitator, an experienced management education scholar and editor, will step participants through the full cycle of communication with authors and editorial teams, highlighting common issues and opportunities for reviewers and authors. In addition, the facilitator will field questions from the audience about their doubts, concerns, and questions related to professional norms and approaches when offering comments and responding to reviewer and editor comments.
