Combining Spatial Technology and Agentic Ai For Deep Personalization In Management Education

The advent of advanced artificial intelligence (AI) and spatial technologies has opened unprecedented avenues for tailoring educational experiences. In management education, where understanding context, environment, and individual agency is critical, the integration of spatial technology and agentic AI provides an opportunity to offer deeply personalized learning pathways. The purpose of this session is to explore how spatial technologies—such as geospatial data visualization, augmented reality (AR), and virtual reality (VR)—can be coupled with agentic AI to create adaptive and highly personalized educational experiences. The intended outcome of this session is to foster a shared understanding of the possibilities and challenges of such integrations and to brainstorm actionable strategies for implementing them in management education. This session targets educators, curriculum designers, and researchers in management and organizational studies who are interested in leveraging cutting-edge technologies to enhance learning outcomes.
