The proposal outlines a 60-minute session that explores the neuroscience of attention, debunks multitasking myths and provides practical techniques for improving concentration. Participants will engage in interactive exercises, learn evidence-based methods like the Pomodoro Technique, and develop personalized action plans to implement these skills in their professional and personal lives.
