How do we pursue professional development for (female) leadership in times of crisis?

Abstract: Higher Education (HE) has been a key source for thought leadership with universities pivotal in developing innovative leadership strategies however HE has fallen behind industry specifically in support of female leadership. In this roundtable we will work with our peers in action learning sets to encourage and support academic professional development for all levels. While gender is an issue, the aim is to be inclusive and collaborative in sharing of experiences and to collectively view ways for females to be authentic and align their values, aims and be true to themselves in pursuing professional goals times of crisis.
