Paper Track
Sessions that are purposefully developed with the conference theme in mind will be considered for a Conference Theme track. Sessions in this track will be grouped such that conference attendees can attend multiple sessions devoted to the conference theme. If you would you like your session to be considered for the Conference Theme track, please select such below.

Hybrid Option
MOBTS is continuing to explore hybrid conferencing following its usage at International MOBTS in Heidelberg, Germany. At this time, MOBTS intends to offer one hybrid track of sessions that will include in-person sessions with online engagement as well as virtual sessions with in-person engagement. The hybrid option also allows for a 'backup' for those that may not be able to present in-person due to unforeseen circumstances.

Time Requested
Please be aware that pending reviews by both the review committee and the Program Chair, you may be requested to alter your session length so as to best fit the conference program.

Proceedings
It is a conference norm for all MOBTS accepted papers and sessions to be placed in our Conference Proceedings. Please note that the MOBTS Conference Proceedings are assigned an ISBN# and considered a publication. Alternatively, you may opt to have only your abstract published in the proceedings and not your paper file.

There are certain circumstances late in the reviewing process when paper assignments are not completed in a timely fashion. So that we can stay on a timeline beneficial to all, we ask that you consider being an "Emergency Reviewer" that may be able to turn around an expedited review.
