Abstract: The integration of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GAI) into management education represents a (potentially) transformative shift in learning and teaching practices. We are excited to engage with others interested in exploring the applications and implications of this teaching tool. In this interactive session, we present four GAI-based activities - three formative exercises and one summative assignment - from negotiation and HRM courses. The exercises can be applied to any discipline in management education. MOBTSers who attend should bring their laptops so we can experientially engage in at least two of the activities, maybe more, depending upon our discussion.
