Abstract: This case study explores the implementation of Design Thinking methodology in an undergraduate innovation course aimed at addressing United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDGs). Students, both virtual and physical, were guided to find a UNSDG that aligned with their Ikigai (a Japanese concept meaning "reason for being") and use generative AI throughout the Design Thinking process.
