Abstract

This session introduces "AdVentures with ChatGPT," an experiential teaching exercise that leverages artificial intelligence to develop negotiation skills in students. Students engage in two negotiation rounds with a chatbot recruiter, receiving feedback in between. The exercise promotes reflection, growth, and the application of negotiation tactics. With roots in negotiation strategies, AI technology, and experiential learning, this exercise offers a unique approach to skill development. This session provides a structured presentation of the exercise, allowing conference participants to experience it firsthand and explore its potential applications.
