Throw Some Creativity At Them!

The topic of creativity generally only appears in the decision-making component of a course. However, giving students a chance to appreciate and experience some creative decision making with examples, is a way of getting them to think in a different fashion. Some so-called creative exercises can also be accomplished by AI but some cannot. Overall, it is felt by incorporating creativity exercises that any management or OB class can be invigorated, and this workshop outlines some exercises that are given to students at the start of workshops where a high level of motivation and competitiveness becomes evident.
