Transformative Change: Facilitating The Immunity To Change Framework

This session introduces the “Immunity to Change” (ITC) framework by Kegan and Lahey (2009), which uncovers psychological dynamics hindering personal and organisational goals. Participants will explore the ITC process, identifying their own hidden commitments and developing strategies to overcome them. Grounded in Kegan’s (1993) adult development theory, the ITC framework enhances self-awareness and engagement with change management concepts. Attendees will gain practical tools for their own personal and professional growth and explore the applicability of the ITC framework across diverse educational contexts.
