Creating Impact With Experiential Learning: Use of Immersive Technologies To Address Business Opportunities and Challenges

Experiential learning techniques offer a dynamic learning process where students gain knowledge and skills through hands-on experiences. Experiential learning includes active participation, problem-solving, reflection, and application. Experiential learning is suitable for implementing emerging technologies for business and management students. One of these technologies is immersive technologies, including virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), and mixed reality (MR). These technologies are transforming how businesses operate and approach problem-solving by offering immersive environments that enable users to interact with data, scenarios, and simulations in unimaginable ways, creating opportunities for enhanced experiential learning.
