My Story Reflection

The imperative to develop self-awareness is concisely summed up in the Delphic maxim to ‘know thyself.’ The following activity, grounded in the subject of leadership, builds and explores that maxim providing critical tools to further explore and grow an individual’s emotional intelligence in order to strengthen their ability to lead others.
