Ally With Ai Icebreaker For Online Or Hybrid Organizational Behavior Cohorts

Modern organizational behavior classrooms that are increasing in size, diversity, and complexity are shifting to hybrid and online learning environments, which challenge the use of traditional icebreaker activities with affective personal influence. By leveraging generative AI, this learning activity fosters social connection and peer support networks within a diverse group of students.
