Icebreakers For A Complex World - Paper Development Workshop

Abstract: Management Teaching Review is publishing an upcoming Special Issue dedicated to Icebreakers. In this 60-minute professional development workshop, members of the Special Issue editorial team will overview the types of challenges facing many management educators – from large cohorts, to diverse cohorts, and online and hybrid cohorts – and outline their call for icebreakers which promise to make inroads on building trust and relationships between business school students in light of these challenges. The editors will provide advice on publishing in this special issue. Using a roundtable discussion format, the editors will also invite attendees interested in discussing their current or future projects to join small groups and exchange on their research.
