Hidden-Letter Treasure Hunt: A Quest For Engagement Across Campuses In The Rural Southwest

Abstract: We are a Dean and a faculty member who will bring a treasure hunt to the MOBTS Oceania in Melbourne, Australia so attendees can actively engage in a campus quest. Our panel will describe the activity and provide clues to audience members so they can hunt for treasure on the CQ Melbourne Campus. We will discuss our process of production, letter planting, promotion, and awarding winners before the activity takes place. The purpose of our visit is to foster conversations among faculty and administrators alike on how to use our roles to encourage engagement and belonging in our campus communities.
