[MOBTS-L] Course Titles for Organizational Behavior

Hi Kathi,

 

1.	Yes, we call our course Organizational Behavior (OB) 
2.	I am unsure how the term is outdated. 
Instead, I see it as too broad for a single course and would propose dividing it into …

a.	Managing Human Performance (within organizations)
b.	Decision Making

Hello colleagues,

 

We are in the process of updating our Business Core curriculum and I am seeking examples of what you are calling your Organizational Behavior course?

 

My Dean thinks the "Organizational Behavior" title is outdated. I kind of agree but not sure what else to call this course. Most textbooks are still titled Organizational Behavior and I don't want to lose the content of organizational behavior or title it something that is not descriptive.

 

I'd like to get your feedback: 

1. Do you call your OB course something different? 

2. If your OB course is called OB.... I could make an argument that the OB title is not outdated. :-)
