Insights that Spark Innovation: Introduction to Design Thinking Methods

Innovation often happens through gaining new insights into human nature. But how do you gain these insights? How can you use design thinking to spark innovation?

On Nov 3rd, join design thinking expert and prof Chris Ferguson, from Bridgeable<https://www.bridgeable.com/>, on a webinar to explore the design thinking research methods that have been used by organizations such as IBM, Cisco, IDEO, Intuit and Google.

We will also explore how qualitative, subjective research leads to innovation and how it can be done with rigour. You will leave with qualitative approaches to research new areas of potential innovation that can truly meet human needs.
