Using Virtual Reality to teach the effects of corporate culture on employee ethical decision making.

Keywords: Virtual Reality; Ethical Decision Making; Corporate Culture

Abstract: Virtual Reality (VR) can immerse users into artificial and real environments and has great potential to be a novel and fun experiential learning tool. I am developing a VR environment for my business ethics class to simulate the effects a corporate culture has on employee ethical decision making. In this session, I will familiarize the audience with the VR technology and discuss my experience with developing a VR. In addition, the audience will experience a walk through my VR environment and see if and how it affects their decisions. Finally, I will connect the VR experience to academic literature.
