The Gift and Organization

Abstract: This paper provides information on workers and students identifying and growing their gift within their organization. The information was received from participants of a study on how gifts are utilized within the organization. This paper provides a summary of the results from that study and identifies the need to provide other research on the area of identifying and growing gifts within the organization. The information received from the participants of the study was utilized to create a Gift Guide for others to identify their gifts to utilize within the organization.
