An Example of Undergraduate Research in Management

Abstract: Undergraduate research is an important approach to improve educational value and enrich students’ educational experience. This article summarizes one undergraduate research conducted in the organizational behavior research area and in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic. The review of the research procedure (including the IRB application) and the discussions on the potential benefits of conducting such research are included.
