Discovering the Culture at SpaceX

Abstract: I will share a case study I developed on what is like to work at SpaceX. This case can be used to help students develop mastery in identifying Schein’s three levels of culture and for developing insights on the role of the founder in setting their organization’s culture and for more advanced classes developing interventions to change aspects of the culture. Students find the case interesting and a great way to get practice in culture analysis.
