Teaching About Antisemitism In The Workplace From A Business School Platform
Abstract: Antisemitism at Work is a unique course teaching about contemporary antisemitism in the workplace and organization milieu and as such raises primary pedagogical questions on engaging, from a teaching platform, with a real world, highly sensitive topic; potentially serving as a blueprint to other contemporary sensitive issues such as gender identity at work and management of post-colonial institutions. The presentation will provide an outline of the course structure and lessons derived from its running over five years, including feedback data from course participants and course alumni over time. The information is also of interest to the wider management teaching community, facing an increasingly non-consensual teaching environment over sensitive issues.
