Abstract: This session is designed to discuss the unique challenges that mid-career and senior faculty face that have been intensified by the current environment (all faculty are welcome). The changing landscape of academia and complex demands on faculty is easy to see with a quick look at the emerging trends identified for this conference. This roundtable will explore these challenges and how best to navigate them. Topics may include: How do we stay passionate about teaching? How has our role at our institutions changed? How has the changes in academia impacted our career goals and expectations? How can we help lead our institutions?
