Abstract: Responsible management education (RME) is about creating a new mindset, based on core values of ethical excellence, responsibility, and sustainability, to transform managerial education, learning and practices. The aim of this roundtable is to engage, reflect, discuss, and evaluate how we can take responsibility for responsible RME, learning, and practice in our syllabi and with our students. By taking responsibility for RME we can provide our students with a comprehensive, meaningful, and engaging learning experience. This will enable them to become responsible managers and leaders within the volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous environments that such positions entail.
