Abstract: Based on experiential learning theory (ELT), this exercise develops students' ability to analyze the differences among leadership styles, recognize how leadership styles influence ethical decision-making, and demonstrate how different leadership styles communicate through experiential learning, which increases student motivation and comprehension (Kong, 2021). This role-playing exercise will develop students' soft skills in a large group setting through a real-world application (Ritter et al., 2018). This exercise has proven to promote critical thinking, as evidenced by tangential discussion in the classroom during the experiential learning process.
