For example, if you created an account for MOBTS 2024 or this year for MOBTS 2025 (USA conference), you must still create an account for this portal. You do not need to input a keycode to register. Call for Papers & Submission Guidelines: Please review both the Call for Papers and our Submission Guidelines prior to submitting your sessions. As instituted in 2018, strict adherence to the guidelines is expected and those submissions that do not conform to the guidelines will be desk rejected.

October 14, 2024: Call for Submissions Opens

January 24, 2025: Submission Deadline

January 27, 2025: Reviews Assigned

February 17, 2025: Reviewer Completion Deadline

February 26, 2025: Paper Decisions Announced & Registration System Opens

April 18, 2025: Preliminary Conference Program Distributed

April 25, 2025: Program Presenter Registration Deadline (At least one presenter from all accepted submissions must have registered by this date. Any submissions without at least one registered presenter will be removed from the conference program)

May 24, 2025: Conference Registration “Early Bird” Pricing Ends (All registration fees +$75 after this date)

May 25, 2025: Final conference program distributed

June 25-27, 2025: Conference Dates
