Learning Mode Scaffolding: A Demonstration Using a Leadership Skills Activity

Abstract
Experience does not automatically lead to learning. This activity session suggests Learning Mode Scaffolding as a way to help students to translate theory into competent practice. This Activity Session will explain and demonstrate Learning Mode Scaffolding, by having participants engage in an experiential transformational leadership skills activity. Participants will then be prompted to reflect on how they might adapt and apply core principles in their teaching.
