The themed track for the 2024 conference is New Ways of Working. With the shock of a global pandemic, technological advances in AI, and new expectations of employees, the working world is in flux. We as teachers of management and organizations are affected both as employees of institutions and by the need to learn and adapt to teach our students new skills.
