[MOBTS-L] Now, THERE'S an Interesting OB Case Study....

As you may know, the English Department at the University of Chicago has generated more than a bit of controversy with its decision to limit graduate admissions next year to students with an interest in Black Studies (see the lengthy announcement on the departmental homepage).  If I were still teaching OB, I'd ask students to consider the question:  Could the department have communicated this decision in a way that would have produced less of a firestorm?
