En-Suite Housing Accommodations

International MOBTS 2023 On-Site Accommodations

St. Andrews is one of the most popular tourist destinations each summer throughout Europe. With that, local hotel prices can run upwards of $500+/night

Thankfully, the University of St. Andrews has allowed us to use two residence halls at deeply discounted Bed & Breakfast rates. Please note that there are certain date and guest restrictions with these two halls. In addition, these accommodations are limited in total numbers. We strongly encourage you to book early!

**If Booking Across Multiple Halls**

Please be aware that the University of St. Andrews accommodations booking system uses browser cookies with all reservations being confirmed manually. This means that while you will have submitted your reservation notice, it may take several hours (or even a weekend) to receive full confirmation. This is important because your browser tracks the reservation and the university system does not allow additional bookings while others are still in queue to be processed.

There are two ways to work around this delay in multiple bookings:

  1. Put subsequent bookings in Incognito/Private mode on your browser
  2. Use a different browser (i.e. if you booked your first reservation with Chrome, switch to Edge, Firefox, Safari, Opera, etc. for subsequent bookings

It's a small inconvenience but one that could hang you up a bit if not aware of it. Thankfully, there are workarounds for this.
