We are building the first season of Management: Taught & Practiced (MTP), a new MOBTS podcast, and we are looking for people to join the conversations.
The premise is simple: the gap between what management education teaches and what the workplace actually rewards. Every topic gets two episodes. Two academics work through it first, then an academic and a practitioner test it against the real thing.
Topics run across three themes: The AI Reality Check, The Social-Emotional Edge, and The Integrity Gap. Everything from AI and assessment to teaching failure, emotional intelligence, and everyday managerial ethics is on the table.

Note that submitting interest in a particular session does not guarantee assignment to that session. However, we will do our best to include all those interested.
