The Management & Organizational Behavior Teaching Society is gearing up for our 49th annual conference in Pomona, California! Conference registration is now live and our conference program is available for viewing. The conference will return to its customary dates and times as we kick things off on Wednesday, June 8th with our opening dinner and remarks, followed by the first of our evening socials that take place every night (called Jim’s Place). General conference sessions will begin on Thursday morning and continue through mid-day Saturday, finally closing things out with our annual business meeting. Our awards ceremony will take place on Friday evening where we not only honor all of the fantastic recipients of our awards, but transition leadership from President Micheal Stratton to President-Elect Kevin Lo who will see us through the next three years.

We will also look toward the future as we venture into our 50th year of existence, kicking off that impressive milestone with this year’s conference at Cal Poly Pomona!

Shortly after we kick off our 50th anniversary year in Cal Poly Pomona, we descend upon Heidelberg, Germany with our host DHBW Mannheim! We hope you will join us as we look for further our mission of enhancing teaching and learning across the management disciplines at new venues with our international conference. Our host campus is located in Eppelheim, on the west side of Heidelberg and just southeast of Mannheim, giving you the opportunity to visit these two historic cities that sit less than an hour from Frankfurt Airport and with easy direct transportation by train right from the connecting Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof! It is a perfect location to visit nearby cities such as Strasbourg and Colmar in France, or Stuttgart or Freiburg in Germany – and those are just a few of the locations within short drives. Make an extended trip of this event and experience much of what Central Europe has to offer!
